Wanted to share a great experience we had with the entire Carpet Studio Flooring team. Ben Strohaver the salesman was honest and forthright. During the entire process, felt like he was working with us not for us, if you know what I mean. He took our interests first before all others. Thank you Ben. Secondly, the flooring installation team was fantastic. They worked hard and were very considerate of our home as they worked. Thank you Brandon, Jake, Mason and JJ! We loved that. Lastly the carpet installation team were some the hardest workers. Two guys moved everything and then moved it back. They politely asked if they could work a little later so they wouldn't have to come back the next day. Awesome! Beautiful job! Thank you Buck and Joe. All in all, some of the best most courteous workers and staff I've ever worked with. Carpet Studio Fooring as the kids would say is totally fire. Highly recommend them for anyone considering flooring.
Alex Hall was the first person we saw when we entered the store. He asked us what we were interested in and then proceeded to help us. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he did not pressure us into making decisions. Everything from ordering to installation went very smoothly and quickly. We were totally satisfied with the quality and the look of the carpet. We would recommend Carpet Studio Flooring America to anyone looking for any type of flooring, and we will definitely be visiting them again when we decide to remodel two more basement rooms.

We absolutely LOVE our flooring that was just installed. The floor installer Justin did a fantastic job, was friendly with our pets and kept the work site clean and organized. However, I would like to recognize the real super star in this operation…Alex!! If you’re looking for flooring, do yourself a favor and go see Alex Hall. He was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. Not only is Alex fun, knowledgeable and professional, he also helped me stay UNDER my budget and ensured that our installation happened ASAP! I’m an instant gratification kinda girl and was thrilled that we were able to get on the schedule so quickly. Throughout the installation, Alex stayed in touch with updates and to make sure we were happy with our flooring. Thank you so much for making getting new flooring so much fun and so exciting…we couldn’t be happier with our experience and with the end result! :)
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new floors!!!! The experience we had with Carpet Studio was wonderful - from start to finish. We couldn't decide what products/colors to choose and Heather was extremely helpful with this. She even offered some great suggestions for paint and trim options. Tom and Alex made the purchasing process go smoothly and efficiently. The installers were extremely professional and did an amazing job with both the hardwood and carpet. They were very careful and attentive to everything. We have been customers for years and have been pleased on every occasion. Carpet Studio will always be our "go-to" for all our flooring needs.
