I purchased some rustic tile for my bedrooms and some rustic backsplash for my kitchen, and I am very pleased with the products! The customer service was excellent. Mr. Roman was very helpful and went over many different tiles until I selected the one I wanted. Looking forward to going back when I’m ready for my next project!

Terrible customer service and lack of knowledge in providing customers with detailed specifications on their products . I tried for two days trying to contact my sales representative at this location, after repeatedly leaving messages to please return my calls and sending emails, which neither were initially answered, I finally had to speak with a manager regarding the lack of attention and service I was experiencing. He, thereafter, assisted me by having the sales representative return my email with some of the information I was asking about, but was left with more questions than answers regarding the engineered wood flooring I was interested in. And, once again, little to no answers or response to my second set of questions. I would be very hesitant in making a purchase at this place of business, because the service leads me to doubt the quality of the product being purchased. I am hoping that the service will improve as I make a third attempt, otherwise I will definitely take my business elsewhere.
