DO NOT USE FOR INSTALL SERVICE. Products are great, but tile installation and customer service are terrible. Had CRT install tile on our stair treads and tile landings and paid over $5,000 to get it done in March 2024. Over a year later and we completely regret having CRT do the install. They messed up every single cut around door frames, cut the existing carpet too short on thresholds, even after being instructed how we wanted the transitions, mismatched color on tile ledge edge plate, and communication was absolutely horrible. I had to go in person a few times because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Missed appointment windows, and discontinued tile has lead to an absolute embarrassment and eye sore in the middle of our home. Their solution was to “caulk around the edges” to see if it looked better. Wish we would never have wasted our money or time to get this “improvement” done. 0/10 would not recommend.
Our salesman was great. He worked with my busy schedule and really helped me find the best flooring. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. If we are shopping for flooring again in Laredo this is where we will go!
Excellent flooring store with great customer service. They have been a dream to work with. We had been waiting for months for another provider but CRT Flooring was able to deliver in just days. Very happy with the flooring installation too!
