I met Mr. Madrigal from EM Flooring, while my husband and I were shopping for some porcelain tile. Prior to visiting EM flooring, my husband and I had gone to at least 6 different tile stores, none of which provided any decent customer service. Mr. Madrigal and his staff provided us with superb customer service, that of which is rare in Laredo. He has a beautiful selection of wood-look tile, mosaics, and much more. His prices are extremely competitive, and the products are of excellent quality!!I highly recommend EM Flooring to anyone looking for selections on a new home, or undergoing a remodel on their existing home.
