My husband and I stopped by A & R Home Products to look for a tile product to cover the unattractive cement walkway to our front door and the small patio off of our kitchen.Since we did not know the square footage of our project, Gustavo told us he would contact us in a couple of days to come to our house to take measurements. As promised, Gustavo came to our house, took measurements, discussed ideas, and provided an estimate for the project.The next day we stopped at A&R Home Products, and Gustavo showed us tile products that would be appropriate for an outside application.Within two days, Gustavo and the tile contractors arrived to lay out the design. The tile contractors (Victor and Junior) finished tiling and grouting in one and a half days.From start to finish, this was the best experience we've had with a business in Las Cruces. Gustavo helped us with the tile choice and with the tile and accent placement. The entire process was seamless, efficient, reasonable and highly professional.We are extremely happy with A & R Home Products and their workmanship. We highly recommend this business for any of your home products.

We had our outdoor living tiled by A&R. It looks great. The workers did an excellent job of creating a border and setting the tiles around our fire pit and the walls. We would highly recommend A&R.
They placed a LIEN on my property! I've worked with this company for over 4 years doing multiple jobs on different properties. One job they installed the completely wrong flooring color. Instead of asking them to replace it, they simply took $100 off for the mistake. I let it slide trying to keep a good working relationship. The last job they did for me was a mess. Extremely poor communication, and the job took forever. When I got the bill it was for more than we agreed. Blanca is very nice upfront, but when something goes wrong she backpedals like crazy. We went back and forth and she finally told me, "Pay what you think is fair." I assumed she was extending that offer due to our history, and so I paid the original agreed upon amount. She then turned around and demanded the higher charge and threatened to place a lien. When I asked about paying what I thought was fair, she said, "I take that back." I then spoke with Ricardo who was very kind. I agreed to meet them halfway, mailed a check and left a message with Blanca letting her know. She then placed a lien on my property. Tried calling both of them to work it out. Never heard back. Cancelled my check that was in the mail, but now have a lien on my property. I live out of state, so it's not worth my time to fight it.
