Had carpet repair done. 3 gentleman arrived. Very courteous and friendly. They replaced damaged carpet with piece out of a closet. Repaired damaged carpet. Can’t even see where they repaired. Great job. Thank you. Kim. H
I had Malooly's carpet 2 bedrooms and my office about 700 sq feet. This included removing the furniture, removing the old carpet and install new pads and carpet. All of this was done in 5-6 hours so I was impressed. The 3 guys, all related, were professional, prompt and hard workers. I Highly recommend this business.
From start to finish everything went very well. The installer showed up on time and the carpet looks wonderful in the bedroom. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience,-knowledgeable sales people great prices, professional installation. I am very happy and highly recommend Malooly’s.
they had an extensive selection of various types of flooring for all needs. I was more than pleased with mine thanks to Joe who patiently walked me through several I had chosen explaining the various types and their differences and which would suit my needs best. He's not pushy or impatient but gives you his full attention. the prices are good, I checked all over town before deciding on Malooly's and I'm very glad I got my flooring there. Also, they have a wonderful gentleman, Jeff, that lays the flooring. He is extremely good at his craft and even cleans up afterwards! It just doesn't get any better than that.
We went in on the 27th of May because we would like to get our floors done. We found what we wanted and were given a written quote on the flooring(Spoke w/Bill). When we got the estimate quote (total cost of job) the price of the flooring went up by .90. When I questioned the difference I was told "that's the price, sorry". (Spoke w/Joe) If you have employees giving incorrect quotes and you don't honor them, that is terrible customer service. I highly doubt we will ever use them for our flooring needs. Guess it's back to big box store, tried local, didn't work.
