Expert Flooring Solutions

Excellent service and work. I worked primarily with Ron and he was very attentive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. When we had an issue, he was with me every step of the way, and I really appreciated that. It’s hard to find people who value integrity but Ron embodies it and it made my project so much easier to get done. My place looks great and I’m very happy with the results. I should mention that didn’t have the greatest time soliciting bids from flooring companies when I first started my project. I considered 6 different companies but didn’t get a good feeling from most of them. However, Expert Flooring seemed a lot more trustworthy in terms of quality and follow through. And in retrospect, I definitely made the right decision. I definitely recommend Expert Flooring.

A slow-coming review because we wanted to ensure you should listen to us: our first carpet installation has held up spectacularly. We have had the carpet for over two years and it is like new (Smart Strand line). Working with Expert Flooring is as easy as it gets. They are friendly professionals with extensive experience in this business. The first experience of most of our 2,500 sq. ft. home went well. When it was time to replace the carpet in the remaining large room (an art studio with trashed flooring), we didn't think twice about calling them back. That installation went well, too. They do a great job vetting and managing the installers on top of working with you for your flooring needs.

Our plan was to shop our flooring around and EFS was the first place we visited based on their reviews. The reality is that we were so impressed by the customer service provided by Frank, we decided to pull the trigger without shopping any further. And happy we did. The job turned out flawlessly and the floor (Shaw's Floorte Titan HD Plus Platinum, Imperial Beech color) is top notch. Floors and baseboards turned out great. We couldn't be happier. I couldn’t be happier with my new Provenza LVP floors, and it’s all thanks to the incredible team at Expert Flooring. From the moment I walked in, Tom, Frank, and Keisha were unbelievably helpful—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I chose the perfect flooring for my home. They answered every question, guided me through all my options, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. When installation day came, Adrian, Gabrielle, and the rest of the installation crew absolutely knocked it out of the park. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were top-tier. They treated my home with care, worked efficiently, and delivered results that exceeded every expectation I had. My floors look stunning. Expert Flooring earned every one of these five stars. If you’re looking for quality materials, exceptional customer service, and flawless installation, look no further. Highly recommend!

I had 2 rooms of water proof laminate flooring installed. It looks beautiful and is much more functional than carpet. Great for kids and pets in the house. Installers were on time, friendly, and did a great job. Love my new floors and I’m planning on having them do another room in a few months.
