Floor Coverings International

WOW!!! I am in LOVE with my new flooring! Words cannot express how satisfied I am with this company. From my consultation, I immediately felt I could put my trust into this crew. Travis was so personable and transparent with any information I needed. He was patient and understanding, knowing this was important to me. Lorenzo and his entire crew did such an amazing job, paying attention to every little detail. Such a talented crew!! And Rebekah and Pedro checked in everyday, making sure I was completely satisfied throughout the process of my two story house. Thank you, Pedro, for leading this hard working crew! And putting the biggest smile on my face!!

Floor_Review v @. Q Done Our flooring project all began with picking up a brochure at Costco, where we learned that Floor Coverings International is the company they outsource for flooring services. From that first moment, we had a wonderful experience, and it only got better from there. We recently had new floors installed in our home, and the entire process was truly exceptional from start to finish. Every person involved in this project was a star in our eyes! Beginning with the owner, Brad, and Travis, the opener and closer, we felt informed, supported, and in excellent hands. Pedro, the project coordinator, kept everything organized and moving smoothly, always making sure we knew what to expect. The installation team was led by an incredible woman, Julia, whose leadership, skill, and professionalism stood out immediately. Her team - Cesar, Carlos, Humberto, and Flash - worked with outstanding craftsmanship, efficiency, and care. They treated our home with respect, kept the workspace clean, and their attention to detail shows beautifully in the final result. Our new floors have transformed our home, and we couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a flooring company that is professional, reliable, and filled with genuinely wonderful people, we highly recommend Floor Coverings International. We are absolutely thrilled with their work!

WOW!!!!! Great customer service from Mark when we made the decision to purchase a new floor to Pedro and his crew. They are all very professional and worked very efficiently. We love our new floors. We had 1000 sq feet of tile taken out and LVT installed. Best decision we made! They were done with the entire project in 3 days. I highly recommend this company and crew! Thank you so for making this an easy remodel!

We had a seamless experience getting our floors done at a great price and deal. The consultation was in our home and it was great to see samples against our own furniture, walls, lighting. Install got scheduled right away and only took 2.5 days! I appreciated the fast work (with no sacrifice to detail of course) to minimize the interruptions to our home. Not only did we get beautiful floors but we also received 15% back of our total to a Costco giftcard since we booked through Costco. You can’t find a better incentive than that! Would definitely recommend!

WOW!! Outstanding 5-Starr Service from the very first phone call from Mark, to his on-time scheduled appointment and to his remarkable expertise and experience In helping me choose the right color and design style that compliment my home. I am so pleased and impressed with Mark and his incredibly professional crew who did such a good job on my two rooms that I’m actually considering redoing my entire 3500 square-foot home now. Never since I’ve relocated to this town, have I had such good and impeccable service from the beginning to the very end. I highly recommend Mark and his team. I promise you will not regret it. Mark has a natural talent for color and design. Thank you so much Mark.
