I’ve been doing renovations nonstop for the last year and a half, of all the people who worked in my home, the folks at Barwood Pilon were by far the only ones owning up to their word. From the quality of the product, to the attention to detail, service and support down to the installation…they were PERFECT. Anyone doing renovations knows how hard it is to have real professional people and they met all my expectations, ALL. I would recommend them any day any time…
I had a terrible experience with this store. The salesman completely lied about the quality of the floors. He claimed it was the best wood in the market and that no scratches or dents would happen. This is completely false. I have plenty of dents and cracks in wood in less than a year. When I spoke about it with the owner, he said he would come see me in January. I am still waiting for him to come more than 9 months later. Their after sales service is non-existent. You are paying top dollar for floors with zero customer service. Stay away from them.
