Great company to do business with. They were all very helpful during the entire decision process. Micah was very knowledgeable about product and informative without being “pushy”. Installers did a great job and did it much faster and efficiently than I expected. I definitely recommend Britt’s if you are in need of new carpeting!
Britt is the outstanding from start to finish! Friendly knowledgeable advice (Sandy is the best!) and fast professional service (Mark is smart, extremely skilled and thoughtful). They made it a pleasant experience. Not so common with a kitchen floor remodel! Highly recommend! ????
Excellent customer service. I have gone to them several times in the past 6 years and they are true to their word about making sure the customer is satisfied. Highly recommend. I recently had them create an area rug out of a large carpet remnant and the result looks very expensive and well-made. Photo is of staircase carpeted in 2022.
From selecting the product to installation of same, it was a really easy to do business with Britt's. I am a repeat customer. Eleven years ago they put in laminate flooring in my whole house. So, when I had a leak that caused me to have to replace my kitchen/dining area floor, it was an easy decision to contact Britt's. Their installation team was incredible. They made little touches that made a big difference that I had not thought of. That made me wish there were more stars to check.
I purchased a new stove and hood. Britt’s Flooring met my needs with great customer service in store. There was a little miss up with delivery of stove and hood. The delivery team was unaware of stove hood. They placed a call and was notified that it was on back order. Hood was delivered and installed on a separate day.
