A big part of what made the process so great was Joy, who helped us. Choosing flooring can feel overwhelming with so many options, but Joy was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to what we wanted. She took the time to understand our style, needs, and budget, and then guided us toward choices that would actually work well for our space and lifestyle. We never felt pressured.

The only complaint I have was that the tile is only sold by the box so we had to go elsewhere to get smaller quantities of colored tile for our mosaic. Even so, they offered to help us find a tile store who could help with that, which is much appreciated.

Working with Jodi at T.L. Flooring was an absolute breath of fresh air. She was extremely easy to work with and flexible with my situation in getting a project completed up in Eden, which came with its own set of complexities. The material we needed wasn’t easy to find, but Jodi went above and beyond to make it happen. Unlike a previous experience I had with another flooring company, Jodi was straightforward, professional, and made sure everything got taken care of without any runaround. Jodi and Tiffany made us feel like family. They were patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was easy to make the decision to purchase our flooring from TL flooring and so glad we did, we literally had 0 issues.
We took home a couple samples from their large inventory of choices and compared them with our cabinets and countertops, it made a big difference to see the flooring in our house. We will definitely be back!
