Staff were helpful and attentive, even dealing with a lot of waffling from our end. The only complaint I have was that the tile is only sold by the box so we had to go elsewhere to get smaller quantities of colored tile for our mosaic. Even so, they offered to help us find a tile store who could help with that, which is much appreciated.
Working with Jodi at T.L. Flooring was an absolute breath of fresh air. She was extremely easy to work with and flexible with my situation in getting a project completed up in Eden, which came with its own set of complexities. The material we needed wasn’t easy to find, but Jodi went above and beyond to make it happen. Unlike a previous experience I had with another flooring company, Jodi was straightforward, professional, and made sure everything got taken care of without any runaround. I really appreciate her honesty and follow-through, and I look forward to working with her on more projects in the future.
