TL Floor & Design Layton

We recently had new flooring installed and couldn’t be happier with our experience at TL Floor & Design. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and the final result looks amazing in our home. A big part of what made the process so great was Joy, who helped us. Choosing flooring can feel overwhelming with so many options, but Joy was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to what we wanted. She took the time to understand our style, needs, and budget, and then guided us toward choices that would actually work well for our space and lifestyle. We never felt pressured. The floor turned out even better than we imagined, and we’re so glad we had Joy’s expertise to help us make the right decision. We highly recommend TL Floor & Design to anyone looking for quality flooring and excellent customer service.

From the moment I walked in the door at TL Floor & Design I felt welcome and appreciated. The wide selection of samples they had in the showroom made it easy to choose what was right for me! Tiffany took her time with me and showed me everything they had to offer. I left with inspiration, confidence in the flooring I purchased, and a heavier pocket book than I had anticipated! Thank you! We will be back!

Staff were helpful and attentive, even dealing with a lot of waffling from our end. The only complaint I have was that the tile is only sold by the box so we had to go elsewhere to get smaller quantities of colored tile for our mosaic. Even so, they offered to help us find a tile store who could help with that, which is much appreciated.
