We used Quality flooring for new carpet throughout our upstairs and everything from choosing carpet in store to installation was amazing! Very helpful in store helping select the right product for us and the communication about scheduling was excellent. The installers were respectful and did a fantastic job! We love our new flooring!

Had a very large basement installed in June 2024. Graham and his team did a great job. Even after when a pierce felt off, they came right out and fixed. Highly recommend, great service and price.

My husband and I are currently developing our basement and we were looking for a local company to install our flooring. We read nothing but great reviews for Quality Floor Coverings Carpet One Floor & Home, and decided to pop by the showroom. From picking out the flooring, receiving an estimate, to install, the customer service was truly on another level. We cannot express it enough, everyone was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and just genuinely great people. We have nothing but amazing things to say and we will continue to use them for any future needs, as well as spread the word to others. We have never even left another business a google review but could not pass up the opportunity to share how truly great they are.
