We had a great experience with Flooring and More here in Lee’s Summit. Joe, was incredibly knowledgeable and helped guide us toward the best option for our home without ever feeling pushy. He recommended putting carpet on the stairs. I was a little hesitant about at first, but he was absolutely right. The carpet adds comfort, stability, and really helps prevent slipping. Plus, with so many options and colors available, it looks great with the flooring we chose.

Sam and Cynthia handled our installation, and they were fantastic. They went above and beyond to finish everything within a pretty tight time frame. We are so grateful for their effort. Throughout the process, they paid close attention to detail, made sure everything looked perfect, and were just genuinely friendly and helpful people to work with.

Overall, I’m extremely glad we chose Flooring and More over the bigger, more familiar store names. Our home feels so much more peaceful now, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

He went above and beyond to make sure I got the pricing right, the time frame I was needing and the product/look I was trying to achieve. We had a small issue with the install and they came right back out and fixed the issue promptly and without question. The floors turned out amazing and he made my experience very easy and I felt I could trust him. We went with Cortec Irene Walnut
