Their showroom is amazing and truly a one-stop shop, offering not just flooring but full design services as well. The installation was seamless (pun intended ??), and the crew was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable.We went with Anderson Tuftex Indulgent, and we couldn’t be happier with the choice—it looks incredible and feels amazing.A special shout-out to Jesse, who was an absolute pleasure to work with and an amazing designer throughout the process.Highly recommend Northcraft Flooring and Design—you won’t be disappointed!
What a great buying experience. From the second I walked in the store to the installation.I was met by Jill who helped me out enormously. I was trying to match up carpet and I cannot do that without help because I am color blind.Well she matched it and the following week was out measuring and the week after that it was installed. Thank you so much Jill.The installers were here today and I couldn’t be happier. They were the nicest guys and did a great job. They not only did such a professional job but the cleanup was amazing.I just wish all businesses treated their customers the same way.One thing I forgot to mention was the price.So in closing great product, service and installation.I would give this business a 10 out of 10.
I would never go anywhere else, the staff is so helpful and there price are reasonable. There installers do a prefect job of installing and clean up. I have used them on multiple properties for years and keep coming back. Ask for Christy is the BEST !!! Thank you !
