Great experience with Weber flooring from beginning to end for our recent LVP floorong project. We worked with Elizabeth who was great. She is very knowledgeable about the different products and was extremely patient with us as we took home what felt like 400 floor samples. She never tried to push a sale and let us take everything at our pace. The floors were installed today and the installation crew was also great. They seemed very knowledgeable, prepped the floor correctly and the workmanship is very high quality. We are very pleased with pricing, service and the final product. I'd highly recommend Weber for your next flooring project!
We used Weber flooring through ServiceMaster due to water damage. DO NOT use them if there is another vendor available! The workers were sloppy, and quality of work is some of the worst I've seen. Our floors looked better before they were redone. After just a short period the floors have visible scratches everywhere, the finish is dull and there are just two of us in the home. Our base board and base shoe still have numbers written on them and they were pieced back together where they didn't need to be. The workers left urine all over our toilet seat and the smell was bad. I found nails they removed from the base shoe all over my garage floor which I showed to the ServiceMaster foreman. They threw their bags of combustible sawdust in my front landscaping which the foreman was very upset about and had to have them come clean up their mess. I would suggest to ServiceMaster to quickly find another vendor that takes pride in their work. If Weber had any integrity, they would treat their customers better and improve their quality of work. I will also be making ServiceMaster aware of their lack of quality work.
Tasha at Weber in Lee's Summit was wonderful to work with! From listening to our needs and showing us just the carpet for us, to getting estimate before we left, out first visit was amazing! The measurment professional was out and measured within 24 hours, and carpet was ordered! Installers were a couple of weeks out, but were professional, and did an amzing job! They even vacuumed all rooms and stairs before leaving! We will DEFINITELY use this Weber for all flooring needs we have in the future!
We had a great experience at Weber Flooring from start to finish. Tasha took her time with us in the selection, wrote a very fair price, scheduled install within 3 weeks and the installers were excellent. We are very happy overall and highly recommend!
