Our company has been a customer for approximately two years. The sales person that convinced us to go with their software was FANTASTIC and all the while when dealing with Chris he was always Johnny on the spot. Once Chris moved to another department things went downhill. Our customer and item list was completely screwed up and we ended cleaning it up internally 3 or 4 times. We had credit card integration that worked great until November 1, 2025 when Floorzap forced us to change over to their payment procesing system and added a $100.00 a month fee to add insult to injury, In November we couldn't process payments for several days due to a glitch in their system, today December 4, 2025 the problem is happening again. Our company is at a stand still once again not being able to process payments, deposits for orders or anything.

The response time from customer service is not satisfactory.

They have the right concept for the software but it has a long way to go since it seems it's always one glitch or another.

I will start researching other programs and will switch as soon as possible.

I had a disappointing experience during a call with the sales department on June 27, 2025, at 10:18 AM. The call was rudely disconnected multiple times before I could even finish a sentence, making it difficult to communicate my inquiry. I was reaching out to coordinate a demo but unfortunately, the unprofessional handling of the call left a very poor impression. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service moving forward.
