Have used them twice now. Great experience, great price. We came in today for a carpet replacement and they were able to get us scheduled same day. Great service.
They were easy to work with and were fast to come out to fix install issues with the carpet not being tight and an installer put a hold in a door that they reimbursed me for. It's been four years and carpet in almost every room has bubbled up from what I assume is not being tight in the first place. Never had this issue before.
We have worked with Matt at Taylor Carpets several times over the years for our flooring needs. This time we updated the majority of our home with WPC flooring and the bedrooms with carpet. Their prices were fair, the quality of the products were excellent and their installers were amazing. Miguel in particular did such a great job on the wood floor! I was very hesitant but I love the completed job.
Taylor's Carpet is great! Great customer service from Kraig,Julio and the Carpet installer. Lots of options! Fast service. I also went to 2 other Carpet places but Taylor Carpet was the best by far. I highly recommend. Look how beautiful the room looks now. Thank you Taylor's Carpet I will be coming back when needed.
Had a great experience with Taylor Carpets they helped me find the carpet I wanted, at a great price. They looked through many carpets with me to help me find what i wanted for my space. Also, they got it installed for me within a week. Quicker than any other place. Would definitely recommend. I just need to install our baseboards and then we'll update with more pictures
