I originally left a raving review about this place.Purchasing some click locking vinyl plank from here at a decent price. We were highly reccomend the brand and product by the staff at the store.After install, we noticed that most of the joints in the floor would audibly click everytime you stepped on them. I was worried this would eventually wear them down and end up in chipped flooring.I went back to the store and both the managers were helpful and actually made a visit out to the install.They acknowledged the problem but said there was nothing they could do about it as they don’t warranty their products, however they did get an independent third party inspector to see the quality of install to check if I installed the planks badly.The inspector reported that my install was as, if not more professional than most installs he’s seen, and that the clicking in the flooring was within the flooring quality theshold, meaning that it’s bound to happen with the type of flooring.I again complained with the store as I was not happy with this outcome, at this time it didn’t seem like they would be willing to do anything or stand by the products they sell.Now, only one year later, the floor is cracking along joints in over 7 different spots - the exact worry I had in the first place.The staff were friendly to deal with and tried to help as they could, but in the end the store can’t stand by there products or support their customers.

I've been in multiple times, sometimes to ask questions and recently to purchase flooring. Each time I have gone in, I've been impressed with how kind and helpful the workers have been. The flooring was very affordable too.
Absolutely thrilled with my new vinyl floors from End Of The Roll! The product is beautiful, the price point was right, and the floor tech I had (Tony) was personable, professional, and just overall a really pleasant guy to have around doing work in my home.
