Just a bit of advice to the company, don't tell customers that you have your own installers. The installers are sub contractors. So you have a 50 - 50 chance of getting a installation with no issues, Every one of our walls were marked. One was gouged. Here's a bit of advice for your sub contractors. Get long pieces of cardboard and stand them up against the walls before you roll out the rug and scratch the hell out of the walls. It's a cheap solution to an obvious problem. I was in the autobody and paint business all my life. How do you think I was able to fix a door or a fender without marking the adjacent panel. You protect that panel with tape or whatever works. Insurance companies never pay for damage caused by negligence.
We absolutely love our new laminate flooring that FloorRight installed. We were given excellent service right from the time we visited the store to pick out our new product, to arranging installation, to installation and the final visit from the customer service rep. We previously used FloorRight 18 years ago, and that flooring is still in excellent condition. I would highly recommend FloorRight!

We went into FloorRight looking for new flooring for our kitchen renovation and ended up purchasing the backsplash tile and choosing to have them install both the flooring and the tile as well, which was the right choice. Habib was great to work with, he went above and beyond trying to find us the perfect flooring for our old uneven floors and we love them. The installers were both great, both named Mike, and we were very impressed with their quality of service. They were punctual and friendly, did not make large messes for me to clean up afterwards, and the end product is exactly what I wanted. We will definitely be going back for new carpet install in the bedrooms.
I could not be more pleased with FloorRight. We had a small project and a small budget and yet everyone we worked with at FloorRight treated it like it was the Queen's own private bathroom. Abe and Dean helped us with selection of products and never pushed us to more expensive items, it was very comfortable. The estimating guy and scheduling (sorry I forgot your name!) was so professional and prompt as well. Our installers, Lydia and John, did a phenomenal job especially considering there were some weird discrepancies with our wall they had to work around. All in all, it looks gorgeous and was not as expensive as I thought it was going to be. Can't wait to have FloorRight come back and do our main floor once we are ready to undertake that project.The only thing that could have been better is that installation is booking a LONG way out because they are so busy, so if you have a project in mind I would get on the schedule ASAP.
