Had a great interaction at the store, but their tilers have poor workmanship. These pictures are from a day later in a bathroom not even used. Thick/discoloured silicone, wonky tiles, grout thick and cakey, or completely pocketed in some areas, drywall not prepped and levelled out properly, and silicone up high on the tile. We asked them to come back and scrape off the silicone around the tub, he did, but he ended up only doing it in the grout, and didn't touch any of the tile where it had been excessively placed. Left huge messes in the bathtubs and floors. I could not get the tiler to understand that what he did wasn't proper. I finally just left it. After a week I had to fill in cracks already occuring and pockets. My husband spent 2 hours trying to scrape the silicone off the tile before he gave up. We asked the owner to come see the workmanship, but never recieved a phone call back. We were never looking for a refund, only for the job to be done right. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend going here.

We first shopped at Tileworks when we were doing a kitchen backsplash and Jamie was so helpful we went back when we were doing a total bathroom reno. They were great helping us choose floor and wall tiles, shower floor, and even planning the layout! They have a lot of experience and knowledge and this was our first rodeo so we were grateful for the help. Tileworks coordinated the contractors for the installation which saved us a lot of headaches. Everyone was so professional and did a fantastic job from demo to floor-to-ceiling tile. The attention to detail was amazing! We have confidence that our bathroom is securely waterproofed and we won't experience any leaks. Plus it looks beautiful!
