Great experience choosing our floors with Chloe Pelletier! She brought out all the possible choices and explained everything to us well! At the end she also took the time to review all our choices to make sure that everything was correctly noted and that there were no misunderstandings/errors! A1 experience that I recommend to anyone looking for this type of service.
The in-store service was very pleasant, the products were beautiful, and the employees were courteous.However, the after-sales service was poor. There was no help available by phone. I had to hire a lawyer and go through the process of requesting a settlement and then sending a formal notice, both of which proved fruitless. I now have to file a complaint with the Office of Consumer Protection and go through small claims court to resolve the dispute.Création Reka billed me for more expensive products when they had installed products of lesser value. They justified it by saying that mistakes happen, which I completely understand, and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. They then billed me for more expensive products a second time. The first time it was a mistake; the second time it's called fraud.I recommend being cautious when making purchases from this company.
