I received fantastic service from Eloise Boisvert. The hickory flooring she found for me is simply incredible! Initially, I went there with a vision in my head but without knowing exactly what product I needed to achieve it. Eloise was able to find exactly what I needed in no time!I'm absolutely thrilled with our new flooring. It was super easy to install, and the planks are all truly beautiful. The quality of the product is definitely there.
Poor after-sales service. Upon installation, you will be charged fees that do not correspond to the work performed. Very disappointed.
