Floor and Decor was recommended by a family member who recently completed a new home build. On my first trip, I was assisted by a design specialist, which was very helpful for my remodel project. Unfortunately some of the tile I ordered in January has still not arrived! I have sadly had a demolished room for the past month with no tile! have called 5-6 times now only to be told “your order was shipped on Feb 12 and they have trucks coming in a few days and it may be on one of them.” I have been informed that the business has NO way of tracking orders or trucks once they leave the shipping warehouse (which makes no sense). I have also been told that the truck my order was on was “rerouted” but yet they have no idea where it is! Oh and the icing on the cake last week was they were changing their computer systems and couldn’t receive any trucks for 5 days. I have yet to even hear a “sorry” or be offered any type of credit for the massive inconvenience. All they have continued to offer are broken promises.
I bought about $5500 worth of flooring, when I was waiting to pick it up they wouldn’t release it all to me even though the weight of the load didn’t even come close to my payload of my 1 ton truck. Such an inconvenience due to my commute. Returned and a went a mile down the road to pick flooring up from Home Depot with no issue.
Their mangement thinks they deserve 5 stars. This is a warehouse store, nothing more. Prices are okay. They will bombard you with surveys then call and fight you about your ranking. The Louisville stores staff are much better.
We went in yesterday and while we were there Rain helped us. I cannot say enough about how awesome Rain was! Very knowledgeable and helped us solve a problem we were having! It’s not very often that you interact with someone who is so positive that they build a sense of loyalty to a store. That is exactly what happened though, thanks to Rain, we will go from first time customers to loyal patrons!
Wonderful store! Very organized and fully stocked with all the things you could need for your next project. We are working on our kitchen and came here to find a backsplash. They had some great options and the ability to see your choices in your own space virtually. It doesn't matter what project you are working on next; definitely check this place out. The only thing they could improve on is the sign layout in the store. When you walk in, there are signs everywhere, and they all cover each other, making it very difficult to find exactly what you are looking for right off the bat. Luckily the staff are knowledgeable and can help you navigate the store.
