The tile selection was vast and the quality is great. At 8 months since the project, the shower has held up wonderfully. Everyone I dealt with was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and prompt. I was looking for a custom cut rug for my son’s nursery as the room shape was odd for a traditional area rug and Interior solutions was recommended to me by a friend. I chose a few fabrics that I liked in the showroom and the team priced my options for me and worked with my budget. They came to my house to measure the space, suggested a few colors based on my paint color, and sent samples for me to see in the room. I was so impressed with the customer service and friendliness of the whole team. Everyone was excellent to work with and the rug looks SO good in the space. It is exactly what I wanted. We had a great experience with interior solutions when we needed carpet for our upstairs bedrooms after we had our main bathroom remodeled in 2024. We did the project in two phases, the first phase is the carpet at the main bedroom. Then we moved all the furniture back to the main bedroom and carpeted the guest bedrooms. Lorie A. helped us pick out carpet that fit our budget and needs. The best part of using interior solutions was the customer service that we got. It far exceeded anything we’ve had at the big box stores in the past. When the guest bedroom carpet arrived there was a problem with how the hardwood transitions had been done into the hallway. That was not their fault, but their installer figured out how to fix it so that the floors looked flawless. A year later, it still looks great. I highly recommend this company for their outstanding customer service.
