Fantastic experience across the board. The staff in the store were knowledgeable and helpful, but zero pressure.The installation staff was amazing to work with. I needed a stair runner cut and installed and they were incredibly helpful with recommendations and provided pictures of past jobs, to ensure I was happy with the end product.I'd definitely use Emo again for future flooring projects.

We had LVP installed March 2025 and it’s safe to say we’re still happy with it. Christine in sales was wonderful and not pushy at all. Answered all of my weird questions and was very knowledgeable of the product. Kelly did the install and was PHENOMENAL. We have 2 young kids so I was worried about stuff being left out, but he cleaned up very well each night. We had around 1,100sqft installed and I think it took about 1.5 weeks? They really did an awesome job. We even had an issue with our stairs separating a couple months ago, and Kelly came back out and fixed it right up! Highly recommend them and we’ll definitely use them again when we do the upstairs carpet.
Extremely pleased with the quality and service provided for our recent installation of LVP. Sales representative was responsive to our needs. Installers were extremely accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend EMO and wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the need arise.
I couldn't be happier with EMO Flooring and my new Luxury Vinyl Plank floors in my walkout basement. I chose a Honeycomb with micro-beveling. The product is awesome. And the Inland Flooring crew really knew their business! They were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after every day! I would highly recommend EMO Flooring to anyone thinking about updating their flooring! They are awesome to work with!!
