I’m so glad I found Amanda in my stressed out state. I had a challenge to match my hardwood stair color with an lvp material.I started my research a few months prior to getting my keys to the new construction home. I couldn’t even see my stairs with the hardwood completed. All I had were the hardwood samples as reference.Amanda is truly a white glove service. While other floor companies were more concerned of measurements and just providing me a price of what the work would cost, Amanda had a full picture approach.She has the best communication even over txt. I’m a mom of 2 under 6 yr old and it’s quite difficult for me to pick up the phone so txting is by far my communication of choice. Her goal was to ensure I would love the product even if I was just purchasing material from her.I went to her sample store to check out her products and she helped me find a few samples that could be a potential fit and I’m thrilled that we found the absolute perfect product! Her store has hardwood, lvp, laminate and carpet to choose from.I ordered lvp, carpet and carpet padding from her. She ensured smooth pick up from her warehouse.All products really elevated my home and the hardwood to lvp-SEAMLESS!!!I would highly recommend Lotta floors with your needs especially if you’re a burnt out mom with kids.

They come on time or even a little earlier than scheduled (If you have worked with contractors you know what I’m talking about). They are very careful with the house, even the lawn where they laid down tarps to prevent debris when cutting the boards. They are very efficient in getting the work done on time with quality. Thanh and his team would let you know the plan of the day and provide you picture updates of the progress.Amanda was amazing to work with because she is so kind, patient, straightforward and willing to work with your budget. As a first time buyer, I was overwhelmed by the quotes from different flooring companies. But she was the only one who would reach out and put the time and effort into working with our visions and budgets, gave the best feedback and suggestions, and was extremely flexible with our schedules.We ended up choosing the laminated white oaks floors, which greatly brightened the house and gave it a modern touch. It’s very comfortable to walk on and feels like actual wood. Glad we were able to visit their showroom to see all the options, appreciate RJ bringing samples, and landing on white oaks.Regardless if you’re a first time home buyer or just want to upgrade your properties, I would 10/10 recommend this family owned business where you are not just a number to them but a valued client/friend.
This company was an absolute dream to work with..from their clear communication to their incredible craftsmanship. Our house was a unique case, with foundation issues and uneven floors. I told Thanh how important it was to me that everything be perfectly level again and that I was willing to cover any extra materials needed to make it right. He completely delivered, keeping me informed of any additional costs along the way since we wouldn’t know the full scope until they began pouring the self-leveling cement.I was blown away by the effort they put in to meet my request and how reasonably priced the extra materials were. That kind of honesty means everything to a customer like me. I’d recommend them to anyone and I definitely will.As a woodworker myself, I pay close attention to the small details, and the craftsmanship in the baseboards alone is immaculate.
