We’ve bought small pieces of vinyl flooring here before and we’re very pleased with them. This time we wanted to purchase vinyl for two bedrooms and have it installed too. End of roll had what we wanted and installation was arranged as well. Everything went smoothly. The two fellows who installed it explained everything they were doing… and did a great job, leaving the place clean and neat. Thanks for the quality of both the product and the workmanship. We couldn’t be happier.
Highly recommend end of the Roll!Meet Patel found the exact flooring I was looking for in stock and ready to go the same day, not to mention 1/3 of the price as other quotes I received!My measurements were horrible- I had stairs I was doing and some measurements were in inches some in feet, and I’m surprised he was so quick to make out what I was writing!Meet explained how to cut my vinyl roll to get the most out of my cut, I ended up with two extra left over replacement pieces just as I wanted.Meet was very careful with rolling, wrapping and loading into my truck for me, thank you so much End of the Roll & a special shout out to Meet for the great customer service ??
Such a great experience from start to finish! We met with Paul and he was amazing! Got our quote within the same hour, which was significantly less than the other quotes I received. The man who came to install it (I can’t remember his name but his hat was the best) was so professional and very efficient! Can’t say enough good things!
We recently finished our basement area ( rec room & two bedrooms). The staff at the London location were extremely helpful with selecting a laminate product (Boathouse), delivered 62 boxes on time & unloaded them into our garage. Our installer was impressed with the quality of the flooring & it looks great. We had 6 boxes left over & returning them for a refund was a breeze. No hassle. The staff at the London location are professional, friendly. & knowledgeable about the products they offer.
I waited 18 years to replace my carpet with flooring. When the job was done, I wanted a couple area rugs to complete the rooms. I visited many carpet stores with no success. When I went to End of the Roll with an idea of what I wanted, staff Meet was so helpful! He researched different brands on line, pulled some suggestions together, helped me upload a picture of the rooms and then showed me the different selections as they would look in the room!! We scaled the choices down to a couple options, reviewed with us what was important to us for the space and I am so happy with the result now that I have the rugs (didn’t take long at all to arrive to the store)! This was definitely a staff who knew the products, had superior products to choose from, and was so patient as we decided between the many options! I couldn’t be happier!! Thank you Meet from End of the Roll for making a reality what we had in mind!
