Only positive things to say about Flatout Flooring. Their work is amazing and considering how large they have grown and the number of employees they have, they still maintain a vast group of very hardworking and skilled installers. I will use Flatout on every project going forward.

Professional and punctual staff. They did a great job installing our vinyl flooring as well as sanding and refinishing our hardwood floor. We love the results.

We have been using FOF for over a year now for all our flooring needs. We have never been greeted by such friendly, professional staff the minute you walk through their door. Agata was there to help and offered her design expertise and suggestions. Their product choices are plentiful, but not so overwhelming that you can't make a decision. I like quality over quantity. The installers were all friendly and respectful, they arrived on the arranged date and time and completed the jobs beautifully. Agata reached out after every project to make sure we were satisfied with all aspects of the job.

Flatout Flooring exceeded our expectations from the moment we contacted them to the time they finished. Agata provides the BEST customer experience I’ve seen in a long time! She takes the time to thoroughly explain the process, offer options to suit our needs, and ensure we were always well informed of the schedule. Hugo, and his team mate Aiden, were top notch! From our initial inspection, we knew we’d found the right person for the job. Hugo explained the process thoroughly and his many years experience refinishing hardwood floors have given us an outstanding finished product! We were concerned we’d have to remove our baseboards (wide solid oak) and the idea of this seemed impossible without making a huge mess. Hugo assured us it wasn’t necessary and he was right! The floors look amazing right up to the baseboard. Our floors had that annoying groove between the strips that constantly trapped dirt. No more! Finished product is smooth and perfect! I would highly recommend Flatout Flooring!!!
