Kaplan Flooring has the best quality vinal flooring at a cheaper price in comparison with other places. Tim is a wonderful guy who was always there to assist with all the questions we had. He went above and beyond. Even visited the site to give ideas on what kinda flooring would be appropriate, even arranging flooring person in a short time frame. He also assisted me in finding the right person for Zebra blinds. Services were awesome ??. Thank you Tim.

First time working with Kaplan Flooring for my basement, and I’m impressed. Great in-store walkthrough, clear explanations, and smooth communication by email/text. They offered flexible options to fit my budget, but I’m glad I chose their professional install team, they have great attention to detail. I appreciate them waiving the carpet removal fee I missed in the quote, and the 1-year warranty gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend and will use them again.

We purchased some flooring a few weeks ago and had a fantastic experience. They were more than knowledgeable, helpful, and personable, answering all our questions and providing great options for our situation.
Having installed traditional hardwood flooring in the past, they were great in guiding us to an engineered wood option that could be installed floating in a time crunch with minimal need for tools aside from spacers, a mallet, an oscillating multi-tool, and masking tape.
They had various billing and payment options, were in contact with distributors, and were always prompt in getting the information we needed. They were even gracious enough to provide delivery!
I highly recommend them and will be goong back for ideas for basement flooring and kitchen tiling. I wish I could give 10s across the board, but this 5 stars will have to do.

Poor Quality Products!!!!,
We purchased Vinyl Plank from Tim 2 years ago to redo our main Floor, after 6 months the click system started failing and the floor started to come apart (see pictures), Product was (Embassy Flooring )and was supposed have had a 10 year warranty but Tim did not honour warranty.
I went to see Jim @ Deacon Flooring and he helped us out by giving us a better price for better quality Flooring after he heard of our poor experience at Kaplan Flooring. Thanks Jim!!!!
