We wanted to carpet our basement and contacted London's Flooring Canada and a few other companies. Mary was very efficient and lovely. Very speedy quote, even brought samples to us to pick out! They booked in an install team for a few days later and they were fantastic as well.
Very professional, great prices and no stress!

Amazing experience. Mary was incredibly helpful with choosing the best floors for my basement. She offered great advice to ensure I chose the right floors for the future use of the basement. The staff were great the communication for delivery and installation. The install was quick. They did an amazing job and tidied everything up afterwards. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will definitely use again!!

I had a wonderful experience with Lisa at London Flooring Canada. Many options for engineered hardwood, ceramic, and any other flooring type you might need. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are fair.

Needed floor leveling and vinyl plank installed.
Mary assisted me with the in store assistance and she was so friendly and communicative through the whole process. She got me exactly what I needed and understood I was hoping before install could come before Christmas. Everything aligned perfectly.
The installer was super patient with my questions, told us how she would do it and why and did an excellent job on the floor.
Definitely coming back for carpet in the new year.
