Our experience with Moore was a very positive one. They were helpful in the selection process and after an inspection an estimate was quickly provided. Although the job was a relatively small one, it was not easy. The kitchen floor in an old house was uneven and four large appliances (including a gas stove) needed to be moved. All of the crew members were courteous and efficient and they quickly resolved the problems encountered when installing flooring in a heritage house. The project was done in the time they estimated.
We are as pleased with the final result as we were with the whole team from Moore Flooring.

We absolutely LOVE our new floors. No regrets going with Karl Moore. They are simply stunning. ?? we did hardwood throughout the main floor and tile in our entry.
Ming in sales was amazing. She was very informative and very patient as we considered all the options!

Excellent experience with the team at Moore's Flooring and Design. Having the van come with samples right to my home at the same time as the estimator is so convenient to get the project moving along! Turnaround time to installation was quick and we couldn't be happier with the work the installers did. We won't hesitate to recommend Moore's services to friends!

The full experience with Moore Flooring has been exceptional. They installed engineered hardwood in our living room and dining room. The sales person Skylar was so helpful and knowledgeable! The install team was also very respectful and talented. The floor looks great! Then the owner Karl helped us with an area rug that they made for us and it needed a hole cut for the vent it was going over. Karl spent so much of his valuable time trying to make this hole look good and not fray at the edges! It looks wonderful and we are so happy. We are recommending Moore Flooring to everyone we speak to as they are the best flooring company in London!

We are so happy with our new luxury vinyl plank flooring (Surewood Plus) from Twelve Oaks that we purchased and had installed by Moore Flooring. The flooring is light and bright and looks just like real hardwood. It’s soft to walk on and makes our home look fresh and modern. The installer, Jack did fantastic work. We highly recommend Moore Flooring.
