I recently purchased top-quality vinyl flooring and high-end carpet from Amber and her team at World Class Floors here in London, ON. I also had them arrange the installation for both products. World Class Floors has a large selection of flooring to choose from. I chose Malibu 3 "Smoky Quartz" for my carpet & Easy Living "Modern Slate" with 18" square tile offsets for my sheet vinyl - love the combo! My sales representative and job coordinator was Kevin Johnson. Kevin is very professional, strong in communications and he provided me with the attention and creative input I was looking for. The installations were handled by two separate teams. Both install teams were friendly, they respected my home and took pride in their work. I have open "Hollywood" stairs and they installed the wrap around carpet making it appear seamless. At the end, it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. Fantastic results! Everyone that walks on the carpet remarks how comfortable and luxurious it feels. HINT: Make sure you don't "cheap out" on the under pad! As an added bonus for me, WCF referred two other tradesmen to me and they were terrific to deal with as well! I will be enlisting World Class Floors again in 2026 when I replace the carpet in my basement - without hesitation!!!
I have used this company twice now, for our basement carpet. They have a great selection of carpet & rugs, only require 50% deposit, and prices are comparable to other companies. Install was quick, and the carpet looks amazing! Our underpad was still in great condition, so they allowed me to use the existing one! She also helped me in choosing a carpet, as it was very overwhelming for me. Would recommend!!!
Kevin at World Class was absolutely fantastic every step of the way. Couldn't recommend working with him and the store enough. He went out of his way multiple times to make sure the project was going well and we were happy. Prices were better than I expected as well.
I have to say that there isn't too many places left that actually go out of their way to make their customers top priority but World Class Floors is definitely one of them!!! Not only do they have a great selection of quality flooring and accessories they are willing to go that extra mile to make sure you leave as a satisfied customer. Kudos to Kevin and Amber for always being pleasant and helpful!Highly Recommend.
Excellent business to deal with. I called about some flooring needs. I was told that they were out of stock and do not carry that product anymore. They told me to give them a day and they would call the supplier to see if they could get it. The next morning they took my order and 5 days later I picked up my order.Quick and efficient.Limited parking.#localguides
