Picking out carpet is hard but Family Floors had a variety of options. Price point was good and they were knowledgeable in showing different materials. Guys came, it was raining that day but no complaints they got right to work. It took a few hours and the carpet is beautiful. Thanks.

These installers were perfection! Way way above and beyond! Where they fall short: THEIR LIFETIME WARANTEE IS NONEXISTENT!!!!!!!!! I now have chipped floorboards and holes to the subfloor in 2 places that they say “nothing we can do about it”!!!!! I’ve tried to work with them for the last 6 months! Still, NO help. BEWARE before working with these people!
