We bought new carpeting at the 800 South Main St Longmont store for Carpet Exchange and the process went VERY smoothly from selection to installation. Sales associate Kyle Shepherd listened to our concerns, gave us options, samples to compare in our home lighting and generally made the process go as smoothly as you could want. The installation crew of C.J., Adela, and Carlos was very efficient and cleaned thoroughly afterwards. I would highly recommend The Longmont store for your carpet and flooring needs.

I had an amazing experience with Carpet Exchange in Longmont! Kyle was wonderful to work with at the store. He listened to what I wanted and spent the time showing me a variety of different options until we found something I loved… all while staying exactly in my budget! Kyle was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and just made the experience fun!

David and Luis did my install and I could not be happier! This team was very professional and extremely easy to work with! Both David and Luis were highly detail oriented and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the work that was done. They were punctual, professional, and just a pleasure to work with! David and Luis really take pride in what they do!!

I recommend Kyle, David, and Luis 110% and will definitely use them again for future projects!

Jon helped us pick out the right flooring for our situation: damaged hardwood and carpet that all needed to be replaced. A different company had told us our only option was to leave the damaged flooring in place and put new flooring on top of it, but Jon really knows his stuff and was able to come up with much better options. The installation crew (Nick and two other people whose names escape me now, sorry) did an awesome job removing the old flooring and installing the new flooring, answered all of our questions, and we are delighted with the results!
