We came to an agreement and the service provided was stellar. The installers were on time and very professional. The installation is awesome. So far very impressed the product we selected. The IVP flooring is lovely. The carpet and pad looks great.

This is the fourth flooring job JFI has done for me. Kirsten and Stephanie in the office are friendly, organized and competent. Eddie has done great work measuring and estimating my projects. Justin and Josh were the team who installed and refinished wood flooring on two projects. They were respectful, responsible and very knowledgeable. I've had JFI do laundry room tile and basement carpeting too. I'm looking forward to JFI replacing more carpet in the near future. Their prices are competitive and the installations are beautiful.

Our family has gone through a nightmare experience with a contractor who ruined all of our previous brand new flooring by installing it incorrectly. Eddie saved the day. He has been patient with my anxiety about diving back into the demo and flooring project on a house we just had redone poorly a few months ago. I sure wish we had just gone here in the first place.
