Peak Flooring & Countertops

We had an excellent experience with Peak Flooring. Liam was a wonderful associate to work with - his customer service actually is what swayed us to choose Peak Flooring over other local competitors. We are very happy with our carpet and are grateful for their quality work. Our basement feels like new!

Had the carpet in the family room and office replaced, team did an excellent job from start to finish, assistance with picking out the right flooring and timely installation. Everything went as planned - NO SURPRISES! Liam did a great job at getting everything going and following up throughout the process, will be getting my upstairs next year.

We can't say enough great things about this company. We recently had to file a claim with our homeowner's insurance to get our house re-floored following a leaking dishwasher disaster, so we needed to get at least three quotes. Peak flooring was the first to respond and sent Will out within a day or two. When he came out, he was impeccably thorough and measured the house throughout using state of the art tools and software - so our immediate assumption was that Peak would come in with the highest quote. After all, quality costs extra, always - right?
We couldn't have been more wrong. The other companies we contacted were much slower to respond, less thorough, and did not take even half the time that Will did to go over everything and communicate with us. The kicker was, their quotes (with the exception of one) were much higher than Peak's - and we were left wondering what details were not covered in their proposals - such as baseboard replacement, for instance.
Once we decided to go with Peak, Will guided us further through the selection process, and was very patient while we went back and forth for a bit. Finally, when we were ready to schedule the job, he set us up with a great installer. Preston did a phenomenal job and came out a second time to complete the touch-up work that was needed after we changed our minds on the selection of our bathroom vanity.
Reflooring an entire home is not a small job or a decision to be made lightly, and we could not be happier with the finished result after choosing Peak Flooring. We highly recommend them above and beyond anyone else!

We brought in several flooring experts to replace our carpeting with flooring and selected the Carpet Masters / Peak Flooring Longmont team based on experience and value. My goodness - they knocked things out of the park! Our flooring was perfectly done. Strong communication and coordination throughout the process as well. Excellent pricing for what we received. We also very much liked the people we worked with throughout the process. Nicely done and I would highly recommend!

We have had the pleasure of working with Peak Flooring for two projects. Prior to selling our home this summer, we had our ten-year-old carpet replaced (let me just say, don't wait that long! haha).

Will Smith helped us out with the project, and it was a breeze. From promptly scheduling our measurements to meeting our tight install timeframe, Will was so helpful that we used him again when we bought our new home!

The second project was a lot! My lovely wife had a specific style she was going for. Lucky for us, Peak Flooring has a LOT of great choices. Our man, Will, took the time to order us samples and even shipped them to the house so we could make the best decision. I can't say enough about how positive my experience was, thanks mostly to the helpful hands that were working with us. Cheers!
