Excellent customer service!! I called and spoke to Matan. He was very helpful, they had what we needed in stock and shipped it out within two hours or less. Our company deals with alot of vendors and I’ve yet to have dealt with a supplier who was as competent and efficient. I’m sure we will be repeat customers.
The customer service is excellent. They shipped the wrong item but when I called, a real person picked up the phone without me being put through the 9 circles of automated hell. They promised to identify and locate the correct item and called me back the same day and they did! They shipped me the item right away and told me to keep the first one they shipped. I would have been happy to ship it back to them but I guess it's more trouble than it is worth. They were courteous and responsive. Would definitely buy from them again.
