Jay is one of a kind. Two years ago, I reached out to Jay to evaluate our hardwood floors. He was totally honest in recommending refinishing our floors vs replacing them. Two years later when we were ready to start our project, various other floor companies strongly suggested new floors. I called on Jay again and he walked in with the same estimate from 2 years ago. He again insisted that it would be crazy to replace our hardwood floors and he could refinish them and we would love them. He came by several times and showed us the various stains available. We chose Jay and what a great decision it turned out to be. He showed up timely as promised, sanded and stained the floors to perfection.
