America's Floor Source - Indian Trail

Mr. Prendergast at Americas Floor Source was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He helped me pick out a beautiful LVP floor for my man cave. The installation was easy and it was really fun, it was my first LVP installation. 100% would return for more business with them.

Quick shoutout to Joseph Bond, Marissa Yancey & Dylan Rose at America’s Floor Source for the lightning fast response and repair to my floor!! I called them yesterday morning and they were here by lunchtime! AFS installed my floor two years ago on our new build so I’m not a “new” customer, and I had an issue with a small separation from the home settling. As a consumer with many choices, that is the customer service you want! They are professional, they do a great job and are very prideful of their work. Call them for your next project!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jackson and Kevin for a flooring replacement project, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided helpful suggestions based on their expertise. Jackson and Kevin worked seamlessly together, ensuring that the project was completed on time and to a high standard. They were attentive to detail, making sure every part of the flooring was perfectly installed. I was impressed by how clean and organized they kept the workspace throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was their communication—both Jackson and Kevin kept me updated every step of the way, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with the progress. The quality of the flooring is outstanding, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Jackson and Kevin for any flooring needs, as their professionalism and dedication to excellent service are truly exceptional.

After 3 long months fighting with our HOA, we were finally able to get our carpet installed. America's Floor Source was wonderful to work with from Paula who picked out our carpet for us and the men who installed it today. They made sure the process was as quick as it possibly could be and we could not be happier!

Very friendly guys, I think the guy I spoke with is named Dan, he was very nice. They have a lot of flooring samples. I ordered some 20"x20" vinyl flooring which came in faster than expected, which was a plus. This place supplied the flooring for my subdivision. I would recommend to go there and just take a look at the samples on display, there's a nice selection.
