I’ve had the pleasure of working with Floor & Decor on several projects now, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Every visit is a great experience, but what truly sets this location apart is the exceptional service. Melissa is always particularly delightful to work with. She has been my go-to for multiple renovations, and her expertise, patience, and upbeat energy make a world of difference in what can often be a stressful process. Whether I’m Narrowing down tile patterns or calculating square footage, she handles everything with a smile and genuine care. If you’re heading in for your next project, definitely ask for Melissa—she’s a total gem

I received the best customer service experience when I needed help with a project. I needed just one more box of some vinyl flooring that was discontinued and the department manager, Patrick Glaser, was able to help me with this very difficult task of hunting down one more box. He was very helpful and prompt. Turned out it was completely sold out company wide, but they had the display sample left in store. He was more than happy to sell that to me and have it disassembled for me. I was able to pick it up the next day and it was only $5 for the whole box! I cannot recommend Patrick enough. He really helped me out when I was in a bind. Thank you so much!!!

Nicole did a phenomenal job. Her client skills and knowledge were invaluable to a person who is not aesthetically astute. Nicole was patient, showed me multiple options, and helped me match the current renovation theme perfectly. She knew her stuff and didn’t make me feel like a total novice. Highly recommend using her when you go into the store.

I was so overwhelmed when I walked in the store, but DAMON came to my aid and made the process of choosing my bathroom remodel items so smooth. Fantastic service and they had what I needed. Honestly for the average "Do it yourselfer" this place can be a lot. It's big and there's a lot. Luckily Nicole found us wandering around looking for butcher block. Almost everywhere in town is limited to 10 footers but they have 12 footers like I needed. Also might I add it was in stock. No special order and no waiting months. Nicole helped us right away and we were able to get 2 matching pieces. We were able to take them home the same day. Nicole was very attentive, seemed quite cheerful and it took us way less time than expected. We really appreciate Nicole and hope that everyone else gets to work with her. From now on I'm asking for Nicole so I can get what I need and get my project done. Update: I added a before and after photo. I'm no pro. I just like to tinker around.
