We had plenty of estimates from flooring companies all around Louisville but we never heard back from anyone except Floor Coverings International!! Charles and Ayla were always free to bring samples and advice and answer any questions or concerns that we had about our new hardwood flooring. Great Customer service means everything these days! Having said that, I did feel that the installation contractor was in a rush to finish the job quickly but Charles and Tony came back personally to inspect and fix any issues that we had found. A+ service!!
