Floor Coverings International Louisville East

During the dry winter months I utilized a humidifier in our living room. Unfortunately, I did not realize that it was leaking onto our hardwood floors until my husband noticed the buckling that extended into our hallway. Fortunately, I reached out to Charles at Floor Coverings International, who immediately scheduled me for a time that served me best. Once in our home, it was obvious that Charles was extremely knowledgeable about the properties and life course of hardwood floors. He put our minds at ease and encouraged us to give it time, as often buckling from water damage will self correct and lay down again and straighten on its own. No need to rip out the boards we thought were permanently damaged and try to replace. His professionalism and integrity, have made us customers for life and we plan to go to him for all our future flooring needs for our 116 yr old home! Reach out to Charles and his team today, he will lead you with integrity and honesty! Thank you Charles.

Just had hardwood floors installed in my family room. They did a great job matching existing hardwood floors. Communication was great throughout the process, installation was smooth and I’m very pleased with the quality of work. they cleaned up throughly and I had an overall excellent experience. Highly recommend!

After dealing with so many aspects of our flooding basement, Tony and his crew came through to make everything easy. From collaborating with the restoration team, selecting the right materials, color carpet, installation, everything was made smooth for us. We are very grateful for Tony and the entire team that came to our assistance.

Outstanding service, best response, and unbelievable quality and honesty. It’s everything you’re looking for. There’s no reason to look anywhere else. They came exactly when they said they would and did an outstanding job. They cleaned up and followed up to make sure we were happy. I cannot say enough good things about our floors… We love them!

We had plenty of estimates from flooring companies all around Louisville but we never heard back from anyone except Floor Coverings International!! Charles and Ayla were always free to bring samples and advice and answer any questions or concerns that we had about our new hardwood flooring. Great Customer service means everything these days! Having said that, I did feel that the installation contractor was in a rush to finish the job quickly but Charles and Tony came back personally to inspect and fix any issues that we had found. A+ service!!
