They kept us informed about the schedule. We changed when the carpet was to be installed 2or 3 times(They were very easy to work with.). They came in on the scheduled day. They went right to work, moved furniture, ripped out old carpet, etc. Half of the house was completed on the first day. The next day the other half was installed. The furniture was moved back. They gathered up their tools, we did a finial walk thru. The carpet was gorgeous.

Michael ensured we picked the right product to meet our needs. Michael gave us an accurate, honest bid, that was competitive when priced against other installers. He encouraged us to try the Shaw 100% Spill-Proof Carpet, and boy, we have not been disappointed (it's the Lifeproof of carpet). We had a large upstairs to carpet, so they split it into two days so we could move furniture from one half to the other. We had a few edges that didn't stay tacked down after the initial install, but he was quick to return and fix those areas. We haven't had any problems since then. Even our dog has tested the spill proof carpet, which continues to remain spot free. We look forward to many more years to come living on it (6 kids, bring it on)!
