What can I say, it was a totally Positive experience from walking in the door and looking at carpeting to it's install. We found what we were looking for and can't be found at your big box stores. As you can see in the photos it a beautiful green with a lovely pattern. My wife fell in love with it and Kristy ordered us a sample to look at in our home. It arrived to days later.We loved it in our home and asked for a measure & estimate for the Carpet and Installation. Shawn was out in two days and made all of the measurements and explained various questions we had about padding, wear, etc. He was very open about everything and offer us a couple of options. We also wanted to replace some old linoleum in the laundry, bath and entryway with Premium Vinyl. He also provided us with a direct contact with his Installers who came out the next day and gave us a great quote for the install of the Vinyl that they could do along with the Carpeting. Shawn followed up with the Carpet quote and we were on our way.The install happened a week later on our 1st availability and was like magic watching Jaime & Ari carefully removing all of the old materials and then go to work, as the masters they are, installing both the new Carpeting and the Vinyl panels. Measuring, cutting, measuring, cutting. It was liking a couple of artists creating our vision right before our eyes. I think you'll agree with us and our photos, this is the place to go for Professional Flooring from start to finish.

Shawn (Showroom Manager) has been in the business for 30+ years and is incredibly knowledgable about the industry. He also offered us a killer deal (without compromising quality) that other flooring companies couldn't match. We very much appreciated that he was the one that came out to do the estimate and was the primary contact throughout the process. The final install (we had pretty much all of the flooring redone in our home - installed both plank and carpet) is beautiful; it's obvious that the installers are very skilled. Everyone communicated very well, and was kind, understanding, and flexible throughout the process. Thank you Peak Flooring!
Very happy with Peak flooring.Shawn did a great job on the estimate. He helped us choose the best carpet for our needs. Took us through the pros & cons of the 2 carpet styles we were caught between. In fact we choose a third option based on his advice. He gave us some great discounts, that made a big difference.Scheduling was a breeze. We were remodeling the house. So I had a lot of moving parts, with other contractors.Install started out great, until the power company decided we didn’t need power 3 days the week before Christmas LoL. The installers kept moving along, while I went and found a generator. It made a late finish day for the guys. Regardless; the installers kept moving and finished that night (as scheduled!). I had carpet pulled up and wood floors installed to match existing wood in other rooms. Refinished all wood floors. Competitive pricing. Responsive. Great finished product and great customer service!
