Overpriced and not very knowledgeable of the type of flooring they carry.Update: After leaving my first review two years ago, I decided to give them another chance , what a waste of time. The owner/manager doesn't seem to care about customer service. I have left message after message and emails for a few simple questions answered before having my flooring installed with no replies. I was unable to read the email they sent with my quote so that was question number one . I called and asked to speak with the manager or owner only to be told that was my sales lady I met with the day I went in to pick out my flooring, I was told she would return my call which never happened . Everytime I would call I would get the same excuse "she is talking with our installers and will have to call you back" Was really hoping to give business to an local company but I guess I will return to Lowe's to get my floors completed.
