Do not use these people!!! I would leave no stars if it were an option. This company was paid IN FULL and UP FRONT because they came highly recommended by a friend. I just moved my business to a new location and was assured my rooms would be ready by December 1st. I stay booked 7 days a week and had to already take a couple of days to pack and move…. My room was NOT finished. This is in NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM the fault of my landlord.I lost money from not being able to work this past week. When you’re paid to do a job, you complete the job. I’m a business owner and I would never let a client leave unhappy. Not only was the job not finished and done poorly, they are nowhere to be found! Completely ghosted my landlord and in turn, me. Baseboards and flooring NOT FINISHED AND DONE POORLY! They will not return my landlord’s calls.

My former boss recommended Audra to me after I ran into issues with my original contractor. I had water damage from a faulty water line and so this was going to be 90% insurance work, but I still wanted the best outcome for my money, as well as my insurance company. It was the best decision I've made in a long while. As another reviewer noted Audra also met me at the flooring shop and helped me pick out a lovely luxury vinyl plank and I am very happy with the results. They had to remove and install 4 rooms of flooring, some of which had been glued down. Her husband Jeremy is also the lead installer and his crew was professional, punctual and spot on with their time estimate. Today, September 3, 2025 they are about to finish up. They swept up debris and any other items from the demolition and the installation. I've already recommended them to friends. Thank you Audra, Jeremy and your crew. Just a quick addition. I noticed some residue on the floors that was result of some glue from the old floor. Audra and Jeremy were quick to respond and get it cleaned up. Great company.LizH
