We visited this location twice while determining new flooring for our dining room. Last evening we made our decision to purchase one of the hardwood floors. Within less than a minute of our arrival to the flooring area, the employee in the area had greeted us and offered his assistance. He then ensured they had enough of the flooring available and also provided assistance locating trim pieces and the matching stain. He also offered to load the flooring (11 boxes) into our vehicle. At the checkouts we were warmly greeted by additional associates who also welcomed our dog into the store. Such great customer service and a pleasant experience! Had a free design appointment with Miya. She welcomed us at the door and was very knowledgeable on a variety of flooring options to help us figure out what may work best for our kitchen. She listened to what we were looking for and also offered her recommendations based on experience. It was nice to be able to talk through what we were looking for and have Miya show us the different products in store. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
Collin Bess was very helpful with picking out tile and finding solutions. He helped with my kitchen backsplash, laundry room floor, primary bathroom floor. He consulted with his manager to come up with a solution to meet my needs. He was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! Five stars!!
