I just had the best afternoon at Floor 360 with Callie and Chris. They provided top-notch customer service and helped me select not only flooring, but also tile, grout, and rug for my new project. This was by far one of the most exciting afternoons I’ve had during this project, and it was all due to their level of service, care, empathy, and genuine excitement for what I’m creating. Great service! I appreciate the fact that when Courtney sent staff to measure my rooms, she sent out some additional sample options! I ended up choosing one of hers rather than the one I originally picked. Carpet was ordered, and was in within a week. Matt called promptly to schedule install and was able to adjust their schedule to have it done within the week! Best part was a young man Jonathan, came to do the job. Very polite, professional and thorough. He assessed the job , asked a few questions and went straight to work! Love the new carpet and would highly recommend Floor 360 and their team! Second time we’ve used them this year.

From the beginning design considerations to the final product, Floor360 has done an amazing job! Angela and I spent weeks choosing flooring that would compliment my kitchen cabinets all the way to my natural wood floor (that I wasn't replacing). She was extremely patient and had a wealth of knowledge. The guys, Adam, Hector and more flooring crew worked efficiently and answered any and all of my concerns during the project. Job well done!
