If you are reading this review! Stop you found the flooring company to hire… we used Jonathan to install LVP flooring our home roughly 2500 sqft total. He did a phenomenal job, best flooring install we have had in the handful of homes we have owned/remodeled. Attention to details and cleans up daily! Great communication! Incredible! Love his work. We found him on the Menards list of installers that Menards provides at the flooring center. Went through 3 others (one no show, one slow to respond, one no response) on the list before JHI Flooring responded and he responded quickly and came out for an estimate within the week. We had to wait a month until we could install (busy contractor is a good contractor :-) ) and had a few delays due to things out of our control (illness/vehicle issues) but he made every effort to correct things and still get them done in a timely manor. Overall our delay was only a couple of days and in contractor/construction terms that is pretty much on time with some many things that can go wrong. Finally the results were incredible. Never seen carpet on steps so tight and clean. Transitions were immaculate and he was very upfront on how things worked. Ex. Our basement addition he carpeted we had some imperfections on our part that he made sure we understood would make things not as straight. Being a basement we werent concerned but loved that he was upfront and honest about what can be done in the situation. Overall great work and would suggest him to anyone looking for an install. Especially if u are getting carpet at Menards.

We worked with Jonathan to replace old carpet, laminate and tile with new LVP flooring and redo carpet on our stairs. Jonathan went above and beyond during the whole process, especially when it was determined that our kitchen tile had been incorrectly installed by previous owners. The process of removing the old flooring took him far longer than expected, but he did not cut corners or try to rush the project. Instead, he worked with us to schedule out additional time and explained any extra steps that would be needed to ensure our subfloor was ready for the new LVP. We could not be more thrilled with our new flooring and how it ties the whole house together. We would gladly work with Jonathan on a future project!
