Brad and his team did a fantastic job with our basement finish. This was a big project, and the communication and attention to detail from start to finish made us feel confident we had made the right choice. Concerns were always addressed promptly and we are so thrilled with our new basement! Karen was a huge help picking out colours, flooring and fixtures, and Dylan was a superstar making sure everything was completed to the highest standard. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor.

My husband and I had never done a home renovation project before and we were very stressed about the whole process until we met Brad - because there's a lot of unknowns! However, Brad made this whole experience easy for us. He walked us through every stage of the project before things got moving, pointing out areas where we should budget contingency funds and really letting us lean on his immense wealth of experience before anything started actually happening. Once the project kicked-off Brad provided constant feedback and consultative care for us throughout. He never made us feel like we couldn't come to him with plan-changes, questions or concerns. He also never missed our calls and was always generous and responsive when we needed him - he's very patient! Brad made us feel secure throughout our two-weeks of reno, such that there wasn't a single thing that happened on this project that he hadn't either flagged up for us ahead of kick-off, or adapted to before we even noticed it! Two weeks after the project finished, when we told him that we were worried that one of our laminate floor boards was not 100% flush, Brad swooped in and immediately got it sorted out. It was like working with family! I cannot recommend Brad highly enough: if you want to avoid potential reno-nightmares then this is the white-knight you've been looking for! We are an extremely high-maintenance customer (guilty!), yet Brad maintained us effortlessly! All our future reno projects will be with Brad! I can not say enough good things about Walk the Plank flooring! While moving my washing machine in we tore our vinyl sheet flooring and lifted another area of the floor. Brad was amazing he responded so fast saying it would be no issue. It was a fast fix and looks as good as it did before, we could not be happier with the whole experience! I highly recommend Brad for all of your flooring needs!

Brad and his team installed new flooring, which involved the removal of existing carpet and the installation of water resistant wood tile flooring on the stairway and throughout the second floor of our house. Brad was very knowledgeable and presented us with options. The work was finished by the said time, and the final product was detailed and exceptional. Brad even went the extra distance removing unwanted furniture. I would definitely recommend Brad and his team if you are looking for new flooring needs. 6 stars not 5 stars.

I was recently determined to renovate my downstairs bedroom all on my own. I did all the demo of the old carpet and made it as far as purchasing the flooring for my project, but despite the room being basically square, I still struggled with how to do it. I called Brad several times asking for advice/tips, which he willingly gave at no charge, and told me if I got stuck, or changed my mind and wanted my flooring professionally installed he would be happy to do it. I finally conceded and contracted Brad to install. He made time in his schedule for me which I greatly appreciated because of course I was under the wire at this point. He installed quickly and meticulously, and left the room cleaner than when he started. Will definitely use again!
