After getting quotes from a few different flooring companies and not loving any of them, we finally came across Georgia Top Floors, and we're glad we did. Andre came out to do the measurements for the quote and was very kind and knowledgeable about what we wanted to do. The guys who did the work did an incredible job from the demo and install by Kenny and his team, the staining of the stairs, and the caulking and painting by Carlos. Cristiano and his staff were always very kind and quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend.

I have used them throughout the years for three different moves (this includes floor removal as well as install)! They have never let me down!! There's a reason they have a perfect score! From start to finish, they were so professional, knowledgeable and just really kind! Georgia Top Floors replaced my bathroom floors with ceramic tile, repaired my hardwood floors and removed carpet/installed hardwood in my office/sunroom. They even sent a painter to paint the trim and he was also very nice! Everything was completed in a timely manner, the pricing was fair and I am so pleased with how my floors look. They truly are a pleasure to work with!!
GA Top Floors did a great job refinishing my staircase. I had ripped up the carpet from the stairs and it was quite raw. They sanded and stained the stairs. They sent a painter to paint the risers and skirts. The result is beautiful and for a very fair price.See before and after photos.At one point, I was not entirely satisfied because the polyurethane was not glossy and I wanted that shiny finish on the treads. They sent their team back and applied the gloss.Very satisfied and I highly recommend.
Ga Top Floors did an amazing job at one of our rental properties. The floors looked terrible and old before they got there. When they left the floors looked like new. They gave us a very good price and were very professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to restore old floors or have new floors installed.
